Touhou Danmaku Kagura Phantasia Lost is a Touhou Project officially approved derivative rhythm action game.

Two modes are available: the Story Mode, in which you can solve the mysteries of the destroyed Gensokyo through the Danmaku Kagura (rhythm game), and the Free Mode, in which you can play the rhythm game to your heart’s content.

With 68 songs in the base game plus tracks from the announced / released Extra Song Packs Vol. 1–14, you can enjoy over 250 arrangements of Touhou music.
